          திண்டுக்கல் கோட்டத்தின் சுழல் மாறுதல்களில் பல்வேறு குளறுபடிகள் இருந்ததை சுட்டிக் காட்டி கடந்த 30.06.2015 அன்று தென் மண்டல நெறியாளர் திருமதி .T. நிர்மலாதேவி அவர்களிடம் நம்முடைய மாநிலச் செயலாளர் தோழர். J .R . அவர்கள் கடிதம் அளித்து நேரில் பேசிய விபரம் நமது வலைத்தளத்தில் ஏற்கனவே பிரசுரித்திருந்தோம். அதற்கு அவரும் , நமது கடிதத்தில் கூறியிருக்கும் பிரச்சினைகளில் தாம் உடன் படுவதாகவும் , இது குறித்து திண்டுக்கல் முது நிலைக் கண்காணிப்பாளரிடம் உரிய விளக்கம் பெற்று ஆவன செய்வதாகவும் உறுதி அளித்திருந்தார். 

இதன் பின்னர் நடைபெற்ற இரு மாதங்களுக்கு ஒரு முறையிலான பேட்டியன்று நமது மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகி தோழர். ஜோதி மற்றும் திண்டுக்கல் கோட்டச் செயலர் தோழர் மைக்கேல் சகாயராஜ் ஆகியோரிடம் , நீதிமன்றத்தில் பல ஊழியர்கள் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்துள்ளதால் இது குறித்து உரிய ஆலோசனை செய்தபின் முடிவெடுப்பதாக தெரிவித்திருந்தார். 

தற்போது நாம் அளித்த அனைத்து RT பிரச்சினைகளையும் உரிய பரிசீலனை செய்து அதன் அடிப்படையில் 15 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஊழியர்களுக்கு RT உத்திரவை அவர்களின் விருப்பக் கடிதத்தின் அடிப்படையிலேயே மாற்றி அமைத்திட உத்திரவு அளித்துள்ளார் என்பதை மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம். 

திண்டுக்கல் கோட்டத் தோழர்களின் நியாயமான கோரிக்கைகளை ஏற்று இந்த உத்திரவினை வழங்கிய மதுரை மண்டல நெறியாளர் திருமதி.

நமது தமிழ் மாநில அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கத்தின் 37 ஆவது தமிழ் மாநில மாநாடு எதிர்வரும் செப்டம்பர் மாதம் 4, 5 மற்றும் 6 தேதிகளில் புதுக்கோட்டை- திருக்கோகர்ணம் பகுதியில்  உள்ள V .S .B . கல்யாண மகாலில் சிறப்பாக நடத்திட தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.  மாநாட்டிற்கான முறையான அறிவிப்பு (NOTIFICATION ) மாநிலச் சங்கத்தால் தனியே வெளியிடப்படும் . இது தோழர்./தோழியர் பயண  ஏற்பாடுகள்  செய்து கொள்வதற்கான  முன்னோட்டமான அறிவிப்பே  !

இந்த மாநாட்டை வரவேற்புக் குழு சார்பில் ஏற்று சிறப்பாக  நடத்திட நம்முடைய மத்திய மண்டல செயலரும் , புதுக்கோட்டை அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் கோட்ட செயலருமான தோழர். R . குமார் அவர்கள் பொறுப் பெடுத்துள்ளார். விரைவில் வரவேற்புக் குழு அமைத் திடுவதற்கான   கூட்டம் புதுகை நகரில் நடைபெற உள்ளது. 

இதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளையும் மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் சார்பில் செய்திட அவரே பொறுப்பேற்றுள்ளார். அவருடன்  மத்திய மண்டலத்தில் உள்ள மாநிலச் சங்க நிர்வாகிகளான  தோழர். J . ஜானகிராமன் (திருச்சி)  மற்றும் தோழர். R .பெருமாள் (குடந்தை ) ஆகிய இருவரும்   இணைப் பொ றுப்பினை ஏற்றுள்ளனர்.

மாநாட்டு அரங்கு  முழுவதும்  குளிர் சாதனம் பொறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. 1000 பேர் அமரும் வகையில்  பெரிய  அளவில் சிறப்பான புதிய மண்டபமாக உள்ளது. மேலும்  அங்கேயே  சார்பாளர்கள் தங்கும் வகையில்  MINI  HALL  மற்றும்  பெரிய அளவில்  DINING  HALL ,  மிகப் பெரிய  LAWN  மற்றும் CAR  PARKING ,  BUFFET  HALL  என்று  தனித்தனியாக  உள்ளது .

EXPECTED D.A.-6% WEF JULY 2015-

As already calculated in March, 2015 & April 2015 Expected DA/DR will be 119% with effect from July, 2015, it is now confirmed with 2 points increase in May, 2015 CPI-IW. As per press release issued on today by Labour Bureau the All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Worker for the month May, 2015 increased by 2 points and pegged at 256. The 6% increase in future DA/DR from July, 2015 i.e. DA/DR will be 119% from July, 2015 is more confirm with this increase.

A 6 points increase in June, 2015 CPI-IW Index is needed to increase the above said calculation in expected DA/DR to 120% and the other side a 8 point decline in June, 2015 CPI-IW Index is needed to decrease the expected DA/DR to 118%. The 6 points increase and 8 point decrease is future CPI-IW index is not near to possibility.

Therefore, Dearness Allowance for Central Government Staff and Dearness Relief for Pensioners with effect from July, 2015 is likely to increase 6% and to be 119% the present DA/DR is 113%

            Sub: Regional Council, JCM  meeting notified to be held on 06.08.2015 – Subjects thereof- Reg.

The  under mentioned item of subjects are proposed for discussions with the Administrative side, during the ensuing meeting. Since the RJCM meeting is announced after a long gap of more than three years, all the items mentioned therein may kindly be entertained. Discussions may be held with, on the key issues and action taken report may be given on the other issues, as done in the JCM Departmental Council meetings. Relief, on duty, may kindly be granted with, for the members of the  RJCM, one day in advance of the meeting, in order to facilitate the staff side  to have consultations on the subjects within ourselves, as envisaged in MHA OM No.8/1/64-JCA dt. 30.12.1966.

1. Request for furnishing action taken report on the charter of demands submitted by the NFPE unions on 26.03.2015 one day Statewide strike in Tamilnadu Circle.

2. Allotment of at least a small size room to the RJCM Staff side in the recently vacated BSNL building adjacent to Anna Road HPO premises or within the Anna Road HPO premises, as assured by the Administrative side in the earlier RJCM meeting and as directed by the  Secretary Posts under item 63 in the  JCM Departmental Council meeting. Dt. 16.12.2014.

3. Request to initiate action to have a thorough review on assessment of vacancies in PA cadre in all the Divisions, so as to fill up all the difference in vacancies between the sanctioned and working strength immediately. There is mismatch between the sanctioned and working strengths, despite taken into account of the current year vacancies announced, screening committee vacancies etc. For Eg. Namakkal, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Tiruvannamalai, Sivaganga, Kumbakonam, Mayiladuturai , Dindigul, Dharmapuri and Salem East divisions. Item No.31 in JCM DC meeting dt. 16.12.2014. Request to allow outsourcing as an interim measure to come over the acute shortage in these Divisions.

4. Request to make conducive atmosphere and peaceful working environment in Tamilnadu Circle in the interest of the service, Department and staff by cancelling the orders of victimization as refd. in JCM DC item no.84 meeting dt.16.12.2014. There is curbing of Trade union rights in Southern Region and denial of permission even to conduct Dharna or demonstration. Large scale trade union victimization unleashed for peaceful demonstrations. Trade union notice boards removed in Dindigul Division arbitrarily and office bearers are victimized. Trade union victimization unleashed against the union office bearers of RMS unit who have visited Ekkattuthangal parcel Hub. Large scale punishments imposed on PAO staff, Chennai. 

92. Request to withdraw the irregularly opened Franchisee outlet in close proximity  to Begampur PO/Dindigul Dn. affecting the  business of the  Post office heavily. The basic norm prescribed by the Directorate is “the out let can be opened at a place where a post office cannot be opened as per departmental norms” and also the minimum distance should be 1.5 km with the nearest PO.
