அன்பு தோழர்களே, தோழியர்களே,

     01.01.2016 அன்று கண்டிப்பாக Duty இல் இருக்கவேண்டும். இல்லையென்றால் Increment தள்ளிபோகும் என பரவலாக ஒரு செய்தி உலா வருவதால் அவர்களுக்கு நாம் சொல்லும் பதில் .01.01.2016 என்பது புதிய ஊதியத்தை நிர்ணயம் செய்யும் நாள் .எப்படி ஜூலை 1 ம் தேதி பணியில் இல்லை என்றால் Increment தள்ளிபோகுமோ அதே பார்முலா தான் இதற்கும் பொருந்தும் .

(Casual leave which is not recognized as leave under these rules shall not be combined with any other kind of leave admissible under these rules.)

இதோ, எல்ல ஜனத்துக்கும் மிகுந்த சந்தோசத்தை  உண்டாக்கும் நற்செய்தியை உங்களுக்கு அறிவிக்கிறேன் .

இன்று கர்த்தராகிய கிறிஸ்து என்னும் இரட்சகர்  உங்களுக்காக தாவிதின் ஊரிலே பிறந்திருக்கிறார் !

  

" அவள் ஒரு குமாரனை பெறுவாள் அவருக்கு இயேசு என்று பேரிடுவாயாக, ஏனெனில் அவர் தமது ஜனங்களின் பாவங்களை நீக்கி அவர்களை இரட்சிப்பார் என்றான்" - மத்தேயு 1:21

அன்பான சகோதர,சகோதிரிகளே வானத்தையும்,பூமியையும் படைத்த உன்னதமான கடவுள் மனிதனாக பிறந்தார் அவர்தான் இயேசு .

கடவுள் ஏன் மனிதனாக பிறந்தார் :

அநியாயத்தினாலும்,வேசித்தனத்தினாலும்,துரோகத்தினாலும்,பொருளாசையினாலும்,குரோதத்தினாலும்,பொறாமையினாலும்,கொலையினாலும்,வாக்குவாதத்தினாலும்,வஞ்சத்தினாலும்,வன்மத்தினாலும் நிறைந்தவர்களாய்........இப்படிப்பட்ட கொடிய பாவிகளாய் இருக்கிற மனிதர்களுடைய பாவங்களை மன்னித்து இரட்சிப்பதர்க்காகவே இந்த உலகத்திற்கு வந்தார்.

மனிதனாக பிறந்த இயேசு 30 வயது வரை சாதாரண மனிதனாக,நல்ல மகனாக குடும்பத்திற்கு ஒத்தாசை செய்தும், உழைத்தும் குடும்பத்தோடு இருந்தார் .

31வது வயதிலிருந்து 33வது வயது வரை கடவுளைப்பற்றியும் ,பரலோகத்தைப்பற்றியும், பரலோக இராஜியத்தை அடைய மனிதன் எப்படி வாழவேண்டும் என்பதையும் போதித்தார் . 33வது வயதில் யூதர்கள் அவரை சிலுவையில் அறைந்து கொன்றார்கள்.

இரத்த பலி இல்லாமல் பாவ விமோசனம் இல்லை. ஆகவே இயேசு சிலுவையில் ஆணி அடிக்கப்பட்டு கடைசி சொட்டு இரத்தம் வரை சிந்தி நம்முடைய பாவங்களுக்காக அவர் பலியானார் .நம்மை இரட்சித்தார் .

இதற்காகவே இறைவன் இயேசு மனிதனாக இந்த உலகிற்கு வந்தார் .

" தேவன்,தம்முடைய ஒரேபேறான குமாரனை (இயேசுவை ) விசுவாசிக்கிறவன் எவனோ அவன் கெட்டுப்போகாமல்,நித்திய ஜீவனை அடையும் படிக்கு அவரைத்தந்தருளி (சிலுவை மரணத்திற்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுத்து ) இவ்வளவாய் உலகத்தில் அன்பு கூர்ந்தார்."-யோவான் 3:16

இயேசு உங்கள் அனைவரையும் அபரிமிதமாக ஆசிர்வதிப்பாராக ! - ஆமென் .

AN URGENT MEETING OF J.C.M. DEPARTMENT COUNCIL WAS HELD ON 08.12.2015 AT DAK BHAWAN, NEW DELHI UNDER THE CHAIRPERSONSHIP OF SECRETARY (POSTS). BOTH FEDERATIONS (NFPE & FNPO) SUBMITTED JOINT MEMORANDUM SEEKING MODIFICATION ON PAY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS, WHICH WAS DISCUSSED IN DETAIL.

ALL OFFICERS OF POSTAL SERVICES BOARD AND BOTH SECRETARY GENERAL & GENERAL SECRETARIES OF BOTH FEDERATIONS PARTICIPATED IN THE MEETING.

NJCA MEETING DECISION

INDEFINTE STRIKE FROM 1^ST WEEK OF MARCH 2016

Meeting of the National Joint Council of Action (Railways, Defence and Confederation) was held on 08.12.2015 at JCM National Council Staff Side office, New Delhi. Detailed deliberations on 7^th CPC related issues (including Gramin Dak Sewaks and Casual, Contract and daily-rated workers) was held and a Common charter of demands was finalized. It is further decided that the NJCA shall go on indefinite strike from the 1^st week of March 2016, if the Government fails to reach a negotiated settlement with the staff side before 1^st week of February 2016. A letter intimating this decision will be given to the Government shortly along with the common charter of demands. Letter to Government and charter of demands will be published in the website within two days.

A meeting with the  representatives of non affiliated recognized Service Association/Unions and recognized Associations/unions will be held on      08-12-2015 at3.00 P.M. under the Chairpersonship of Secretary (Posts) in G.P. Roy committee Room, 2^nd Floor,  Dak Bhavan,  New Delhi to discuss the recommendations of   the Seventh Central Pay Commission relating to various cadres/posts of the Department.  The Staff Side may examine the recommendations relating to the different cadres and furnish their comments.

          Please make it convenient to attend the meeting.
